Regulations of the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK)
Below you will find the PSZOK rules of operation and conditions for accepting waste.

1. General provisions
- PSZOK accepts municipal waste from property owners covered by the municipal waste management system.
- Using PSZOK requires paying the municipal waste management fee.
- The person delivering waste must confirm eligibility by presenting proof of payment.
2. Types of waste accepted
PSZOK accepts selectively collected waste, in particular:
- furniture and other bulky waste
- waste electrical and electronic equipment
- household hazardous waste
- expired medicines and chemicals
- needles and syringes generated during home treatment
- used batteries and accumulators
- construction and demolition waste from households
- used tyres
- textiles and clothing
3. Waste acceptance limits
- Construction and demolition waste: accepted up to 500 kg per year.
- Used tyres: accepted up to 4 pieces per year.
- Limits apply per property in a given calendar year.
4. Additional fractions accepted at PSZOK
In the case of increased amounts of waste, the following can be handed over:
- paper
- plastics
- multi-material packaging waste
- metals
- glass
- bio-waste (if not composted on the property)
5. Waste acceptance rules
- Waste must be delivered selectively.
- Mixed waste is not accepted.
- Electrical and electronic equipment must be complete.
- PSZOK staff may verify the type and origin of waste.
6. Waste transport
Transport of waste to PSZOK is arranged by the property owner at their own expense.
7. Additional provisions
- Waste intended for PSZOK cannot be handed over as part of mixed waste collection.
- Selected fractions such as bulky waste and electrical equipment may be collected through mobile collections according to the schedule.
